In August, the poesia group launches a brand new webshop for building and cooling seals, which completely replaces the previous mk webshop and has been implemented in line with changing customer requirements.
The previous shop (https://shop.mk-dichtungen.ch) was fundamentally revised in terms of content, technology and graphics and reprogrammed from start to finish. The implementation was carried out according to the specific requirements of the poesia group, whereby the company worked together with the same supplier who had already developed another web shop for the innovative group of companies.
Focus on customer needs
With the launch of the new web shop, the poesia group is responding to changing customer needs. What remains the same, however, is the web address (https://shop.mk-dichtungen.ch). The new shop offers optimised speed, three languages (German, French, English) and various payment methods. Customers can pay by credit card, debit card, TWINT or invoice.
One striking change concerns the shop structure with clearer navigation and improved user-friendliness. The webshop now only contains products from the construction and refrigeration gasket sectors and offers over 3000 items, most of which are immediately available from stock. The industrial products have been moved to the Herzog webshop (https://shop.herzog-dichtungen.ch).
One-time re-registration required
In order to use the new webshop, a one-time re-registration is required. This ensures that your data is up-to-date and secure.
Multiple users and user roles for companies
Our new webshop now offers the possibility for companies to create multiple users and assign user roles. This means that it is no longer necessary to use multiple logins for companies with multiple users. You can manage access rights and responsibilities easily and efficiently.
If you have any questions about registration or the new functions, the mk team will be happy to help.
The poesia group employs around 70 people, including five apprentices. It operates at the main site in Unterkulm and at the external sites in Hochdorf and Urdorf. It produces and processes seals made of TPE, silicone and LSR as well as EPDM, NBR, CR, FKM and sponge rubber for applications in the construction, technology, transport and food industries.
