Advantageously, inquiries to us for sealing solutions are accompanied by information material that is as specific as possible, such as application descriptions, drawings including surface qualities, PDF, 3D files, photos, etc. Wishes and goals should be answered on the coherent questionnaire and thus give us the opportunity to competently work out your needs and enable effective preparation for success.

Target
Developments arise from unique ideas. Developments, especially in the field of seals, are often the only way to achieve market conditions, customer goals and your own goals cost-effectively, despite the variety on the market. We support our customers to the best of our knowledge and belief, knowing full well that we only "cook with water" - but with boiling water!
Costs
We know the development and its costs from our own needs and therefore stay as close as possible to the task to be solved. Development is not a bottomless pit. – We are predestined to achieve the jointly developed and implemented solutions within the budget
Optimization
Further developments are mostly daily business and often the only way to go. This means that the lead over the competition can be comfortably maintained. – That's what we're here for and that's what we feel obliged to do. – External productions are often a must for cost reasons. Our production partners are in the EU, are under our care and the QSM.

We produce cost-effective solutions for customer needs in day-to-day business. Of course, we also guarantee the discretion desired by our customers.

Prototype -> pilot series -> series
Standard sealing elements can be delivered from stock, we deliver special seals from the factory warehouse and special production of customer-specific solutions such as prototypes are manufactured in-house under our QSM. We accompany these products up to customer approval or serial production.

Production takes place in Urdorf or, in the case of larger quantities, at one of our European contractual partners. Shaped parts according to drawings, special seals, combinations, freehand rubber processing, extrusion and manufacture. – Our production enjoys the highest level of competence, is very flexible and always open to new solutions!
