Timo Steiner, first year commercial employee EFZ apprentice, found his first weeks of apprenticeship very pleasant. By now, he is very familiar with various tasks. He appreciates the good exchange within the team, which leads to joint solutions. Thanks to good organisation between work, school, studying and hobbies, he has found a healthy balance to manage everything successfully.

Swiss Plastics Expo will take place from 20 to 22 January 2026 at Messe Luzern. It is the trade fair and symposium for everyone working with plastics. The poesia-gruppe will present its sealing solutions at its own stand and will also appear as a manufacturer of high-quality sealing solutions.

The trade fair is aimed at experts from a wide range of plastic application fields: from industry and mechanical engineering to construction, gastronomy and medical technology. This unique industry event offers opportunities for inspiration, further education and networking.

The poesia group in Unterkulm is experiencing strong growth. To meet the increasing demand for space, the company began construction of an extension in July. The existing office building is being raised by three additional floors.

The poesia group is not just planning for the present but investing strategically in the future. Instead of adding only the space currently required, the company is doubling the expansion to ensure flexibility for future developments.

From October 14 to 18, more than 30,000 trade visitors from craftsmanship, industry and design gathered in Basel – and we were right in the middle of it all, at Stand F05 in Hall 1.0.

From October 14–18, 2025, the HOLZ trade fair in Basel opens its doors – Switzerland’s leading event for the wood and window industry. Across more than 45'000 m², around 350 exhibitors will showcase their products, technologies and innovations. poesia will be present with exciting new solutions for sealing systems for windows, doors and façades. 

The seals of the poesia group are used in various areas of healthcare. They meet the high requirements of hospitals, clinics, and laboratories in terms of hygiene, safety, and reliability.

The fields of application are extremely diverse. They include medical devices, laboratory systems, and medicine refrigerators. In addition, they are used in windows, doors, showers, refrigerators, freezers, or cold-room doors. The poesia group’s seals are not only used as replacements in existing installations but also in new construction projects, providing hygienic, durable, and flexible solutions for the healthcare sector.
