What has been done with the windows for many years without any problems, does not seem to have arrived at many doors yet. There is always a sealing problem that shouldn't exist at all.
 
Anyone who has ever lived in an old house with doors without seals knows that this can be unpleasant. Apart from the fact that cold air trains and smells can get through, you understand almost every word that is spoken in the room when you are standing at the door. This is also what it is all about when a seal is mounted. For example, a fire-proof door must be smoke-proof. This not only brings something in case of fire, but also does not allow any other draught.

The synthetic fiber hoses "KSS", which poesia® has recently added to the range, offer perfect protection for electrical cables and cable packages.
 
In a modern, digitized and networked world, millions of data packets are transported every second. Poesia® synthetic fiber hoses are ideally suited for the protection of the IT data cables used for this purpose. They are also used to protect electrical cables in construction and industry.
 

Die Veranstaltung windays ist die bedeutendste Fachtagung der Fenster- und Fassadenbranche in der Schweiz. Unser Ziel ist es, den wissenschaftlichen Erfahrungsaustausch zu fördern, einen umfassenden Einblick in den Markt zu geben und eine Plattform für Diskussionen rund um das Thema Fenster und Fassade zu schaffen.

Der Fenster- und Fassadenmarkt entwickelt sich dynamisch. Um die konkreten strategischen Herausforderungen in diesem Marktumfeld zu meistern, bedarf es neben gutem Gespür auch umfassende Kenntnisse bezüglich der neuesten Entwicklungen. Die Veranstaltung findet erstmals online statt.

The new brochure with the current poesia® construction program has recently been published. For the first time, seals for conservatories are also included.
 
A cosy conservatory increases the comfort of life and is part of the modern lifestyle. In order to ensure full comfort even on cold, windy days, it is important that the conservatory has effective seals. The seals are extremely important to keep out wind and weather. This is the only way to enjoy the conservatory perfectly.

The world is moving – and with it the product range of the poesia Group. Since the last catalogue, many new products and new product groups have been added. So it's high time for the release of the new calatalogue at the beginning of March 2021.
 
The ninth edition of the poesia catalogue is 200 pages thick and appears as before in the languages German and French. For the first time, the catalogue will also be published in English. For the sake of nature, environmentally friendly FSC recycling paper is used for printing. This corresponds to the sustainable corporate philosophy of the poesia Group.
 

We produce new seals and profiles for a wide range of applications at our plant in Unterkulm every day. The warehouse comprises around 5,000 different variants. With the popular sample service we support our customers who need to replace old seals and profiles.
 
The poesia® sample service is highly appreciated by our customers and has been offered for years. If new seals are needed as part of a refurbishment of doors, windows,showers orrefrigerators, it is often unclear which type exactly is needed. In order to make the right reorder, the carpenter or the service fitter has the possibility to find the right seal with the help of the Poesia specialists.

Nach dem starken Anstieg der Coronafälle im Oktober hat die poesia-gruppe ihr Schutzkonzept auf den neusten Stand gebracht.
 
Der poesia-gruppe liegt die Gesundheit ihrer Mitarbeitenden und ihrer Kundinnen und Kunden sehr am Herzen. Die Geschäftsleitung hat die steigenden Coronafälle der letzten Tage und Wochen mit Bedauern zur Kenntnis genommen und entsprechende Schutzmassnahmen getroffen.

Die Ausbildung zum Kunststoffverarbeiter erfordert technisches Verständnis für Maschinen, Anlagen und Geräte sowie die Bereitschaft, sich mit einem äusserst interessanten Werkstoff auseinanderzusetzen.
 
Aulon Arifi hat im August seine Ausbildung zum Kunststoffverarbeiter EBA bei der poesia begonnen. Während der zweijährigen Berufslehre lernt er, Produkte aus Kunststoff gemäss den Vorgaben der Vorgesetzten herzustellen. Bevor er sich für diese Ausbildung entschied, «schnupperte» er in verschiedenen Betrieben.

Bei poesia ist es Tradition, Jugendliche auszubilden und ihnen ein attraktives Umfeld für eine Berufslehre anzubieten.
 
Anna Verena Barca hat im Sommer 2020 ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung mit E-Profil erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Sie erinnert sich an die Berufswahl: „Für mich war schon immer klar, dass ich diesen Weg gehen will, denn eine KV-Ausbildung ermöglicht eine Grundausbildung mit breitem Allgemeinwissen und vor allem auch mit IT-Know-how.“
